If your PC is connected to the internet - with your permission we can connect to your system and access the situation and in most cases correct problems immediately.
 
If you're systems are a "mess", you can grant us access to work on your systems "off hours" that way we can get things done without disrupting your business.
 
We send you to www.fastsupport.com and we open a support session. We give you a code to enter. Within minutes you can show us exactly what is happening with your system and we can work through a solutions process.

HOW MUCH DOES AN ONSITE VISIT COST?

It depends on how far away you are from where we dispatch from. It is a minimum $200 charge for us to show up onsite.  
 
We adjust our invoices based on an internal revenue matrix for our family's financial objectives.  What that means is we discount our work to our clients. 
 
New clients often have major messes that need to be cleaned up.  We make an asessment and a proposal that fits into our clients budget.
 
Many issues today require more than one visit. Though we have an advertised rate of $200/hr, we make assessments and arrangements that our clients can afford.
 
We have a pledge of fairness policy and we have intrest free financing for all of our clients. I.E. terms that anyone can afford. We rully realize that things happen and IT costs and support can be expensive.
 
There is a lot of deception going on in our industry.  We recommend our clients talk to us before making any new technology purchase or upgrades.  We are industry experts that know the lifecycles of hardware and what a good deal is, and isn't.
 
Our goal with new clients is get them cleaned up and properly setup so that their future IT costs, updates and replacements are planned and budgeted events.
 
If your system is "down", yes you'll need to either have a service call, or arrange to drop your system off.
