a lot of off hours/middle of the night work. Until you
are an established client, you will not have access to our 24x7
direct phone support.
We use e-mail and Microsoft Groove as a foundational
communication resource with our clients and their
staff. We provide amazing support for our
clients.
Don't wait for "failure" - The better solution is to
establish a pro-active IT management arrangement with
CSC. We specialize in small businesses that have 1 or
more systems. Clients with networks with 4 or more
systems and/or on-site server(s) should have CSC do a
90 day IT cleanup and IT management proposal.
During this 90 day period of time - we make recommendations
and flat rate costs so that we can get your systems and network
up to CSC pro-active standards. Based upon what we
have learn during that 90 day period we can provide a budget
able IT management solution for your business.
You need an IT Department - but most small businesses cannot
afford one. Our approach allows you to purchase that % of
an IT Guru (not an employee) that your business needs. We
establish a baseline. Major projects or emergency issues
are handled with inhouse interest free financing for discounted
labor costs beyond the baseline coverage. The
bottom line - you never get caught off guard with unexpected IT

Since you have your own IT department - you will avoid
